Bruce Schlesier has over thirty years in the commercial construction industry as a professional involved in all levels of design and construction experience. He founded a Construction Management firm in 1986 after leaving the architectural firm where he was an associate for six years. The Construction Management Firm was based on full project cost transparency with clients. The firm grew to 160 employees serving six southeastern states.
Bruce’s focus on project estimating and project controls has placed him in senior corporate leadership positions coast to coast and in Canada. Bruce has served in the past as Vice President of Preconstruction, Estimating & Procurement for Pizzarotti LLC USA in NYC, Vice President of Estimating for Hollister Construction, Chief Estimator for The Rinaldi Group New York City’s largest non-union contractor, Director of Preconstruction for Tutor Perini Building Corp. on the largest building project in US history 24 billion, The Hudson Yards Redevelopment in NYC. Other Senior level positions include Managing Director of Cost Management for Cumming Corporation in Las Vegas, Director of Estimating & Project Controls for Jingoli Construction, VP of Construction for Gray Development Phoenix, VP of Construction for Equity Properties Washington DC. These companies produce multi-billion-dollar construction programs.
Bruce is actively involved in professional organizations including the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) where he served as the National Vice President, a nine-year member of National Board of Directors. Bruce is a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) through the National Scientific and Engineering Certification Board. He is active with USGBC holding a LEED AP BD+C certification.
Bruce is a board member of the Metropolitan Fly-Fishing Club and on the facilities committed for the General Society of Mechanics and Tradesmen.
Bruce is an active speaker and author for construction including; 'Estimating the Cost of Safety in NYC', 'Estimating the Cost of Risk at Preconstruction' and 'Evaluating the initial cost in developing mid-rise to high-rise Modular Hotels'. He has been published in technical journals including Estimating Today 'How to estimate the cost of Concrete Construction', 'Earned Value Management and the Estimators Role' and Design Construction Data (DCD) 'Estimating the Cost of Risk at Preconstruction' of which he also give a one hour AIA accredited presentation.
David Brazil has over 23 years’ experience in the commercial and industrial construction industry. The masonry and refractory construction business have been a lifetime role in David Brazil’s family for generations.
His grandfather, Ervin Stanford, built many papermills as a mason, all over the United States, after surviving World War II.
David’s father, Danny Brazil, was the owner of his own mason company and completed 1,000’s of mason projects in Tupelo, MS and Memphis, TN area for nearly 45 years. While working with his father on mason projects as a young man he knew that construction was his calling.
David attended college at ICC in Fulton, MS and was hired on with Stebbins Engineering & Manufacturing Company from 1995 to 2000, as a field engineer manager. Stebbins is a large construction company specializing in the industrial industry executing refractory and masonry design build, for papermills and chemical plants, all over the United States.
David then hired on as a project manager and vendor relations for Reintjes Services Inc. from 2000 to 2006, also specializing in the industrial industry, executing refractory and masonry construction for papermills and chemical plants in the south and southeast United States.
David began his entrepreneurial career in 2007 when he formed Tile Tank Services LLC, a refractory and mason company executing projects in the industrial industry, and commercial construction for papermills, chemical plants, power plants, auto, and hotel construction.
David has grown the company into an enterprise for construction projects in multiple states.

David’s entrepreneurship has taken his business from only two laborers and one truck, to up to 70 employees and growing..
