SB Construction Pre-construction team lead by Bruce Schlesier CPE works with Construction Managers, General Contractors, Owners and Designers offering a collaborative process that focuses on getting the most for your budget. This phase includes constant cost monitoring and interaction during the design process. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs by preparing scope of work for our masonry and hard tiling trades. Our professional preconstruction staff includes CPE's certified professional estimators, senior schedulers and procurement staff.
The SB Construction project delivery team lead by David Brazil includes senior field operation personnel along with their engineering counterpart that work with our prequalified subcontractors and suppliers.
Safety is a big part of all we do at SB Construction. The SB Construction teams focus is to provide safe environment through safety training for the current tasks throughout the entire build.
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, final inspections and move-in coordination. Once complete with our scope or work, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
